Peter Morris LibDem Candidate in Bourne bi-election demands action on Bourne Town Centre regeneration plan

September 28, 2008 3:10 PM

'Local residents are fed up with the lack of action over plans to regenerate Bourne town centre,' says Peter Morris, 'Plans have been around for many years, but local people want to see action. While council bosses continue to dither, the town centre declines further. One supermarket has closed in the Burghley Centre and North Street has been allowed to decline. The time for talking is over - the time for action is NOW.'
