Animal Welfare

I have just attended the European Parliament's animal welfare intergroup where there was some very interesting discussions about tackling the cruel practice of Shark finning, where Sharks are being thrown back into the water without their fins, the awful hunting of Rhino's and Elephants for their hides and tusks to be used as trophies or herbal remedies, and the killing of polar bears in their natural habitat for fur.

Malicious and unnecessary actions that need to be stopped!
