Liberal ReformOur vision for liberalism

In the space of a year, Liberal Reform has grown from an idea discussed at conference between two people to having several hundred supporters, hosting popular fringe events, producing much commented upon conference briefings and becoming increasingly influential in the party's policy formation.

If a basic concept can stretch this far, just imagine the potential reach of a publication outlining our vision for liberalism on key reform issues such as the economy, health and education.

The coalition has changed the way people think about Liberal Democrats - a party of government. This brings with it some challenges: what should be our future direction - for the 2015 manifesto, beyond the coalition and for future generations of Liberal Democrats? This is why we've decided to produce a publication that addresses these questions of what a future liberal Britain could look like and to establish a liberal way of thinking over governance that extends beyond just the party and to the country.

We want you

While some policy specialists have already agreed to write and edit this publication, we'd like to give you the opportunity to contribute to this important debate about the future of liberalism and shaping our vision for the country.

Please let us know if you would like to write for us at mail@liberalreform.org.uk and please do feel free to forward this to like-minded friends and colleagues.

Liberal Reform exists to promote four-cornered liberalism - personal, political, social and economic. We believe in extending opportunity to all, in devolving power to the lowest level, in placing people in control of their own lives, and in freedom itself as a force for good.
