Bill Newton Dunn MEP and Issan Ghazni met business owners in Derby with Joe Naitta, Derby South Parliamentary Candidate.

Derby Plumbing Supplies Ltd and Qurban & Sons Caterers are both located in the heart of the Asian communities of Normanton, Derby. They discussed the benefits of having a representative in the European Parliament who understands the importance of the EU to British jobs and who fights for constituents here in the East Midlands.

European Elections candidate, Issan Ghazni said "Lib Dem MEPs have helped deliver new trade deals and to cut red tape for local businesses helping them to grow. Europe is crucial to growth and building British trade up with countries around the world. Unlike UKIP and many Conservatives, the Lib Dems want Britain to stay in Europe so that we can deliver more jobs and growth here in Britain."
